Professionalism from the sale to the install. Tim took his time, explained several options and helped us make an informed decision. The installers, Keith and Will were very qualified, hard-working and meticulous. The doors are excellent! For years we dealt with a cold garage and very noisy doors. These doors are not only nice looking, they are very quiet and will keep the garage much warmer. We are most pleased with both product and service. Thank you for investing in quality employees that create a wonderful experience that is so rare today! Glad we went with Martin Door
I was in a hurry and accidentally hit the garage door frame backing out of the garage and damaged the garage door frame so the door wouldn’t open or close. When I explained the emergency, Martin Door was here within an hour. They helped get the cars out of the garage and they returned within two days to repair the damage. Their service call was reasonable and they fixed the door, frame and garage wall for less than the estimate. I would use them again.
Excellent service. They replaced my broken garage door spring on short notice. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He went above and beyond by re-greasing all tracks and hinges and readjusted some of the garage door settings. I would definitely call them again as well as recommend them.
Beautiful job. Sales representative, Tom, was courteous and knowledgeable. The installer was on time and completed the job as described. Could not be happier with the finished product. The system has a safety sensor that stops the door from closing if anything is detected; shortly after installations the door was hesitating on occasion and they came out at no additional cost to show us how something including dirt, or even a cobweb would stop the door. They cleared the debris and gave us a lesson on troubleshooting. Would highly recommend.
This company was very responsive. We had a problem with the garage door roller bar. Called Martin and they came within 4 hours. Replaced bar very quickly. The tech was extremely professional and skilled. Would definitely recommend them and will call them in the future if the need arises.
Called them to come out and do just regular maintenance of my garage door opener. Have used them in the past and will use them in the future. Very Good Customer Service.
Installed a custom patio door, built by Provia. It came in 2 weeks before I was expecting it. I ordered it with custom glass that looks fantastic. This is the second door that I purchased from Martin in 1 & a half years. Both times as promised. My salesman was Tom. Great purchases, both times.
As I was trying to leave for work, the bottom of the garage door fell off of the track, and into the back window of my car! My internet was down and I couldn’t check my Angie's List. A neighbor recommended Martin, and they were a godsend! Earl was here within an hour, got the door unjammed, back on track, repaired the mangled bottom parts as much as possible, checked and adjusted the springs, tracks, cables, and opener. He could not determine exactly why it happened but gave several possible suggestions for prevention in the future as well as suggestions for permanent repairs. He was here and gone in about 30 min. on a frigidly cold morning. He made what was starting out as a horrible day, much, much easier to bear! He spoke to me with respect, making sure that I fully understood what he was doing and why. I would highly recommend them in the future and I definitely intend to call them when I replace the whole door in the near future.
I called in the morning and they were able to do the work the same day. They gave me a window of time in which the repairman would arrive. Adam called in advance to let me know he was on his way. Both springs were replaced and he checked everything out and all looked good. I was very pleased with the service.
Had Martin Doors out to fix a torsion spring that broke. The serviceman was knowledgeable and prompt. He fixed my issue and explained what he was doing and how everything should work after he left.”
